Bon Courage Jacques Bruere Blanc de Blancs 2011

It expresses both intensity and delicacy. Toasted nutty characters infused with stone fruits complimented by rich creamy biscuit flavours. Lingering finish with a lively mousse. A wine for all occasions, not just the special ones - compliments fresh oysters, sushi, poached salmon or any seafood based canapés. View full tasting note here

Bon Courage Estate Blend Cabernet Sauvignon Shiraz 2014/16

An absolute divine nose, which captures the fruitiness of the black grape. Tones of tobacco combined with walnuts and berries make this an outstanding blend. Soft oak gives this blend body and a smooth texture. Pair with Hearty roasts, steak, oxtail and poultry dishes. View full tasting note here

Jordan Barrel Fermented Chardonnay 2019/20

A variety of Chardonnay clones planted on different slopes and harvested at different ripeness levels and all of it fermented and matured in French oak barrels. These practices help to achieve natural balance and allow for different textural components which are then blended to achieve finesse and complexity. Bold and graceful with fragrances of lemon biscuit and overripe oranges. Delicious with fresh fish and seafood, or for the ultimate indulgence try with southern fried chicken! Jordan Long Fuse Cabernet Sauvignon 2018

Progressive techniques such as overhead fermenters, pump-overs and gravity flow allow for the extraction of fully developed flavours and soft ripe tannins without compensating the tension and elegance captured from the various cabernet slopes. Here especially, the climate plays a significant role to allow great fruit expression and classic essences of cedar, brambles and toasted tobacco. View full tasting note here

Tokara Sauvignon Blanc 2020

The wine has a vibrant light straw colour with flecks of green on the rim. There is an abundance of green melon, green apples, subtle lemongrass and granadilla on the nose. The wine enters the palate with concentrated flavours reminiscent of the nose. This finish is refreshing and crisp with a slight oyster shell salinity that makes it quite moreish. This wine is best enjoyed cold on a hot summer’s day. Either on its own or it can be served with grilled chicken, fish, prawns or fresh oysters. View full tasting note here

Tokara Reserve Collection Cabernet Sauvignon 2018

The wine displays a vibrant maroon colour. The nose leads with dark berry fruits, five spice and cedar wood. There is a brightness and vibrancy underlying all these aromas with hints of fresh herbs and red currant notes. The palate is rich and brooding with flavours which mirror the aromas. The mid-palate is weighty yet it leads to a textured finish with lingering grainy tannins. Pair with Grilled steak with Bearnaise sauce or Roast lamb shoulder with rosemary and garlic jus, potato dauphinoise and long-stemmed broccoli with lightly toasted almond flakes. View full tasting note here

Post House Stamp of Chenin 2019

Nose offers peach, honey, pineapple, citrus and hints of liquorice. Rich, full bodied palate with delicate flavours of tropical fruit, orange and minerals. Soft, round entry finishing with a long and full mouthfeel. A hint of sweetness. Perception of sweetness comes from the lees contact and fruit. Drinking well, but still young. Will mature for another two to three years with honey character evolving. Keep for up to 6 years. View full tasting note here

Post House Admirals Pinotage 2019

A dark blue red rimmed Pinotage with a nose of blueberry, strawberries, chocolate, pepper and a hint of floral, giving a rich smooth palate of ripe fruit and spices. Enjoy now or keep for up to 4 years. View full tasting note here

Zevenwacht 7even Syrah 2017

A luscious lifestyle wine with red and black berries and pepper spice. A juicy palate of dark fruit and chocolate with slight cedar wood undertones. Soft pliable tannins lend subtle support to the structure, yet are unobtrusive on the succulent palate. Our favourite combinations include seared tuna served on a bed of baby spinach, lamb chops braaied to perfection, sweet & sticky pork ribs, or wild mushroom risotto – simply enjoyable. View full tasting note here

Zevenwacht Tin Mine White 2019

Ripe and exotic, a distinctive, spicy, perfumed wine that is rich and juicy. Complex aromas of dried yellow fruits and spice with a refreshing citrus finish. The wine has the potential to age for 3-5 years and will gain more complexity and richness over time. Delicious with full flavoured grilled fish, sumptuous lobster and avocado salad or creamy chicken dishes. View full tasting note here
