Wine obtained from a selection of grapes Tebbiano di Lugana and Chardonnay cultivated in argillaceus lands to south of the Lake of Garda between Peschiera, Sirmione e Desenzano. Vinification
Gently pressing of the destemmed grapes. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 14°C, malolactic fermentation takes place in barrique, which gives to the wine wine more structure and body. Ageing of 5 months in steel and 1 month in the bottle before going on the market.
Recommendation
It's an ideal companion for rise dishes, with fish and white meats. Best served at a temperature of 8-10°C.
