Grown on alluvial soils at an altitude of around 450 -490 m
Vinification
A wide selection of grapes is used to obtain a young wine with structure, smooth tannins and deep colour. De-stemming, crushing and cold maceration with 24 hours of skin contact. Fermented for 7 days at around 25ºC. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation.
Recommendation
Delicious when paired with sausages, some white meats or fish in sauce. Also perfect match for mushrooms
