It is characteristic for its low intense ruby colour tending to garnet red, for its slim body and for the delicately vinous bouquet. The moderate ageing makes it harmonious, velvety and more complete.

Viticulture
Morainic hills facing the Garda lake around the ancient villages of Bardolino and Lazise (historical northern part of the DOC Bardolino).

HARVEST: Manual harvest at the end of September.
Vinification
The fermentation lasts about 15 days, including 6 days of maceration at a controlled temperature of 22-25°C. Soft pressing of the grapes with a yield of 64%.
Recommendation
It is easy to digest and it is an accommodating wine, lending itself readily to all the courses of ordinary meal, from grilled fish to risotto, from all kinds of meat and even to game birds. Best served at a temperature of 14-16°C.
