Straw yellow, pleasant nose with a light note of fruits and citron. In the mouth it has a good flavour, balanced with a good structure
Viticulture
Grapes are sourced from a selection of vineyards under long term contracts, to the south of Lake Garda between Peschiera, Sirmione and Desenzano.
Vinification
Fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks at 14ºC, malolactic fermentation then takes place in barrel. the wine is then aged for 5 months in stainless steel and 1 month in bottle before release
Recommendation
It's an ideal companion for rice dishes, with fish and white meats. Best served at a temperature of 8-10°C.
