Viticulture

The grapes are grown on long term contracts with growers in the townships of Maiolati Spontini, Montecarotto, Poggio S. Macello, and Rosara. All situated at an altitude of between 180-369m above sea level. The vines are cordon trained and spur pruned. Manual harvest.

Vinification

The soft pressing of the destemmed grapes allows a must rich with natural varietal aromas concentrated in the outer part of the grape berry. Temperature controlled stainless steel vinification.
