Intense yellow in colour with golden reflections. The nose is complex, offering up notes of hawthorn and apricots. Smooth and round in the mouth with hints of white plums and brioche.
Viticulture
Mostly from our own 4ha of Pinot Gris vines, with the Chardonnay coming from contract-growers. All the plots are located in the heart of the Auvergne volcanoes.
Vinification
Fermented at low temperatures (16º) in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks
Recommendation
Drink as an aperitif, or pair with goats cheese, or fish in a creamy sauce - equally delicious with a simple roast chicken.
