Vinification

The region around Makarisvska Buda, near the Ukrainian capital of Kiev, is renowned for the quality of its fruits. This fruit wine is produced from local apricots with mead made from honey from the company’s own antibiotic-free hives. As with all Berryland products, it’s made from 100% pure products without the use of any concentrates, to produce a drink that shows great balance and the lower alcohol that are hallmarks of all the company’s products.

Slow-matured, free range chicken in a subtly-flavoured, South Indian-spiced, fruity curry. Now that’s what we call fusion!
