Clean and bright with a medium garnet colour. On the nose aromas of berries, ripe and well integrated with the toasted aromas typical of an American barrel, vanilla and coconut. It's passage through the mouth is attractive with ripe flavours, a long and round wine.
Viticulture
Vines are grown on clay and alluvium soils at an altitude of 290 - 550m
Vinification
Pre-fermentation maceration, followed by a temperature controlled ferment in stainless steel. The wine was then aged in American oak barrels for 12 months and then left to mature in bottle. Fining Ingredient: Pea Protein
Recommendation
Ideal to accompany stews, lentils, stuffed turkey, entrecotes and well marbled beef steaks. Perfect with roast lamb and pork.
