Golden yellow in colour with aromas of Green Apple, Lemon Tart, Vanilla Cream, with a hint of tropical fruits and baking spices. Nice entrance, juicy tropical mid-palate with a creamy oak finish framed with hints of vanilla.

Viticulture
This Chardonnay is from the Central Coast region and is the first white wine in our cellar. The Federalist Chardonnay holds its own with a fresh, crisp flavour.
Vinification
Malolactic fermentations occur post-primary fermentation. The lees are stirred throughout malolactic fermentation, giving the wine it’s rich mouthfeel. Aging continues on the lees until blending.

Grilled Seafood, creamy pasta dishes and soft cheeses.
