Mendoza

Malbec, Syrah and Ancellotta are combined to produce this complex and balanced wine. Ruby red with violet tones. On the nose it has floral aromas, violets and red fruits, that come from Malbec. Syrah brings spicy notes. Juicy and full bodied with silky tannins. The Ancellotta complements the blend providing a harmonious structure and persistent length.


Viticulture

Selected from vineyards in Maipú y Santa Rosa, Mendoza.


Vinification

Thermo Maceration and pomace pressing. Fermentation with selected yeasts at 23-25 ° C. Centrifuged and malolactic fermentation completed. Conservation in concrete tanks.


Recommendation

A fabulous match to char-grilled steaks or robust red meat dishes.
