Invigorating, fresh and fruity Calvados. Light golden in colour. Fruity on the nose with intense aromas of green apple ending with subtle notes of mint. Fresh and fruity on the palate, suave and delicate with a linden finish.
Vinification
Double distillation in a 25hl Alambic Pot still, then matured in oak casks for two to three years.
Recommendation
Perfect as a digestif with an espress, or used in cocktails or fine cooking - imagine a classic French Tarte Tatin, flamed in Château du Breuil
