2025 Mas de Cadenet Rosé (Organic)

This light pink wine with a beautiful mineral freshness reveals delicate aromas of citrus, white-fleshed fruits and flowers. In the mouth the limestone soil brings balance and elegance, with a crisp and saline finish. This fresh and elegant rosé can be enjoyed by itself, or pair with Mediterranean dishes or exotic food.

Vinification

The ripe grapes are harvested in the cool of the night and upon arrival at the winery are destemmed, crushed and then cold macerated, each parcel is kept separate. The fermentation is done at a low temperature with selected indigenous yeasts. The resultant wine is racked off gross lees before the different varieties are blended together.
