Pale straw-yellow in colour with greenish highlights. On the nose it shows yellow lemon, green apple, underripe pineapple and a hint of passion fruit. The palate is fresh and light-bodied, with medium-high acidity and good balance, finishing with citrus and subtle herbaceous notes

The grapes and wines are sourced from the Central Valley – a valley that contains multiple distinct micro climates and soils, contributing a unique typicity to the wines. The high Andes mountain range, the intermediate lower valley and the Pacific Ocean all influence the Central Valley greatly, giving unique characteristics of freshness, concentration and ripeness in the different zones.
