Grown on granite to limestone soils, with clay, shale and sandstone. A patchwork of terroir, ideal for Riesling. Organic practices in the vineyard to preserve the balance of the ecosystem. No synthetic chemicals or pesticides are used. Picked by hand.

Whole bunch pressed, transferred to tank for static settling. Natural fermentation for up to 3 months
