Pale straw in colour, with lifted aromas of pear, green apple and cinnamon spice. Fresh and dry palate with rounded texture and a fine acid backbone. Green apple, pear, quinces with a spicy undertone of cinnamon and clove.

Grown on clay soils, which lend Pinot Gris structure and the presence of tannin. Organic practices in the vineyard preserve the balance of the ecosystem. No synthetic chemicals or pesticides used. Picked by hand

Whole bunch pressed. Natural fermentation in french oak barrels.

Recommendation

Enjoy with white meats, creamy pasta and seafood dishes. Also pairs incredibly well with Spanish "Jambon" or aged Gouda.
