Pale straw with aromas of white peach, wildflowers and a soft note of burnt butter. It has got a satisfying mouthfeel with layers of flavours and volume; the phenolic finish fades slowly with minerality.

Viticulture

2024 Growing Season:
Characterized by a dry winter, the growing season started with an early bud burst and a lively canopy growth stimulated by a warm spring, which led us to expect a drought period, but instead, we welcomed rains which set up an ideal soil moisture profile. The grapes ripened consistently and quickly leading to a fast harvest of our white grapes in February and a protracted harvest of the reds in March.
