Kintu Sauvignon Blanc is fresh, crisp and unoaked with citrus and trpoical fruit flavours. Served chilled.
Viticulture
Vines are grown on sandy Loam soils in the Valle Central, where they are trained using the VSP method.
Vinification
The grapes were harvested at the end of February. Fermentation took place at 12 - 16 degrees. This wine has the potential ageing 4 years.
Recommendation
Serve on it's own or light poultry and fish dishes.
