Kintu is generous pink in colour, packed with soft confit fruit aromas and berries. Raspberry ripple and strawberry characters are complimented by a creamy texture.
Viticulture
Grown on loam soils, with vines trellised using Vertical Shoot positioning, machine harvested.
Vinification
Harvested at the beginning of March, cold soaked for 6 hours before pressing, then fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks
Recommendation
Ideal with salads and seafood.
