Fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks.

Ingredients: Grapes, concentrated grape must, Acidity regulator: Tartaric acid, Preservatives and antioxidants: Sulphur dioxide, Potassium metabisulphite, Stabiliser: Metatartaric acid, Bottled in a protective atmosphere.

Please serve at cool room temperature at 16-18°C. Goes well with game, red meats, pasta or cheese dishes.
