Viticulture

Limestone soils provide excellent drainage while retaining essential minerals, encouraging deep root growth. Organic practices were used to preserve the balance of the ecosystem. No synthetic chemicals of pesticides used.

Recommendation

Seve with spiced Asian cuisine - the aromatic spices complement the floral notes of the Gewurztraminer. A carefully selected board of washed-rind cheese like Munster and Epoisses, or a perfectly ripe Brie will enhance the aromatic complexity of the wine.
