Viticulture
After a long and entailed winter dormancy and generous water replenishment, end of March marked the beginning of a near perfect season. Flowering and the berry set occurred in flawless conditions throughout May and June, and some light water
stress in July was beneficial to lower vineyard vigour. Late summer rains dealt with through intensive canopy management and crop thinning. From mid-September onwards we picked the golden bunches packed with phenolic tension, bright juice, well balanced acidities and enviably elegant sugar levels. Expect sinewy wines with elegance, natural precision and true to their terroir!
Vinification
After gentle pressing to extract the purest and pristine flavours, which after cold settling are fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel to retain the purity and freshness. Wintering on
the lees during 4 months gives the wine the delicate textural feeling and harmonious mouthfeel.
