This wine is produced from grapes traditionally used in the Vinho Verde demarcated region, especially in the Sousa sub-region. A truly genuine wine that has all the quality characteristic of this exceptional area. It is distinguished by its richness, taste and aroma.
Viticulture
Throughout the harvest temperatures were moderate leading to a longer maturation period and to a long harvest. Prospects to be a very good year for the freshness of the white wines and great balance of the reds.
Vinification
It is fermentation In stainless steel vat, with the Temperature between 12°C and 14°C. Then wine rests in stainless steel vats until bottling in order to keep its freshness.
Recommendation
Ideally served with fish, seafood and white meat dishes. Served between 8-10°C.
