Viticulture
The agricultural year of 2023 had a very favorable start, benefiting from a winter and early spring with abundant rains and moderate temperatures, with a mild summer characterized by moderate temperatures that allowed for a gradual and regular maturation. We were able to harvest grapes from early white varieties and reds at low altitudes before the rain in the second week of September, while later ripening varieties and those at higher altitudes benefitedfrom that rainfall, completing their cycle perfectly.
Vinification
Fermented in stainless steel tanks at 14-16ºC. After fermentation the wine is left in stainless steel tanks until bottling, in order to keep its freshness
Recommendation
Serve chilled as apéritif or with fish and shellfish dishes.
