2023 Kintu Sauvignon Blanc

Viticulture

Vines are grown or sandy loams soils in the Valle Central, where they are trained in using the VSP method.


Vinification

The grapes were harvested at the end of February, Fermentation took place and 12c - 16c. The wine has a potential aging four years.


Recommendation

Kintu Sauvignon Blanc is fresh, crisp and unoaked with prominent citrus and tropical fruit flavours. Serve chilled as an aperitif or with light poultry and fish dishes.
