Viticulture
Grown on loam sandy soils in the Valle Central, the vines are all trained using the Vertical Shoot Positioning method.
Vinification
The grapes were harvested at the end of February. The grapes were cold soaked for 8 hours. Fermentation took place 12c-16c. This wine has the potential ageing of 4 years.
Recommendation
Kintu Chardonnay is fresh and clean bursting with tropical fruits and peach flavours. Serve chilled either on it's own or with smoked fish, roasted chicken and creamy risotto's.
