Kintu Chardonnay is fresh and clean, bursting with tropical fruits and peach flavours.
Viticulture
Grown on loam sandy soils in the Valle Central, the vines are all trained using the Vertical Shoot Positioning method
Vinification
The grapes were harvested at the end of February. The grapes were cold soaked for 8 hours. Fermentation took place at 12°C - 16°. This wine has a potential ageing of 4 years.
Recommendation
Serve chilled, either on its own as an aperitif or with smoked fish, roasted chicken or creamy risottos.
