2023 Familglia Bianchi Cabernet Franc

Dark ruby red colour, very attractive, with violet tones. On the nose, its great aromatic intensity stands out, with floral and red fruit notes that intermingle with mineral hints and are perfectly assembled with notes of roasted bell pepper, sweet paprika and spices such as oregano. It has structure and volume in the mouth, sweet tannins, elegant, balanced acidity with great persistence and aromatic finish.


Viticulture

Grapes are hand-harvested from vineyards in the Uco Valley, Mendoza.


Vinification

Fermentation: The process occurs at strictly controlled low temperatures. There is a maceration period of 5-6 days on the skins before fermentation.


Recommendation

Lean meats, spicy curries aged cheeses and vegetables dishes. For a specific recommendation. Pairing it with lean cut of venison in a rich sauce or aged cheese like Mimolette is suggested.
