Flavours mirror the nose: orchard fruit, light stone fruit, and citrus, supported by a soft, rounded mid-palate. The finish, Refreshing and straightforward, with lingering hints of citrus and stone fruit. Light and clean, inviting another sip.

Viticulture

Grapes are specially selected from small parcels of vines in South Eastern Australia. The vines are carefully cultivated to our specifications, with low yields producing intensely-flavoured grapes of outstanding quality. This vintage the summer started with cool mornings and nights, with slow ripening producing excellent fruit with no diseases.
