Viticulture
The grapes are sourced from a single vineyard in the Central Coast region of California. Warm days and cool and breezy afternoons and nights lead to ideal conditions to grow Pinot Noir.
Vinification
Fermented in stainless steel tanks for approximately 12 days, pressed at dryness. Then 8 months in oak barrels (5% new)
