A delicate Pink colour, with modern winemaking it retains aromas of fresh wild berries and pomegranate. It is fresh and deliciously crisp.
Viticulture
Hand picked/grapes transported in boxes. Harvested between the 1st and the 26th September.
Vinification
The must is obtained from free run juice and then fermented in stainless steel vats at 14-16ºC. The wine rests in stainless steel vats with its lees until bottling in order to preserve its freshness.
Recommendation
Best served chilled as an appetizer or with salads, as well as this it goes well with fish and shellfish.
