Kintu Sauvignon Blanc is fresh, crisp and unoaked, with prominent citrus and tropical fruit flavours.
Viticulture
Vines are grown on sandy loam soils in the Valle Central, where they are trained using the VSP method.
Vinification
The grapes were harvested at the end of February. Fermentation took place at 12°C - 16°. This wine has a potential ageing of 4 years.
Recommendation
Serve chilled as an aperitif or with light poultry and fish dishes. Optimum serving temperature is 13°C.
