2022 Chamonix Chardonnay Unoaked

Pale lemon green on release with intense aroma reminiscent of fresh citrus and stone fruit. Light to medium-bodied mouthfeel with a lingering acidity, all in perfect balance. Ready to drink

Vinification

Chardonnay blocks are hand harvested separately, at optimal ripeness at 22.5 - 23 Balling; hand-sorted and destemmed; separately fermented in stainless steel tanks and kept on the lees for 3 months until final blending.
