2022 Bodegas Bianchi Finca Los Primos Cabernet Sauvignon

Attractive ruby color. In the nose, spicy aromas arise, such as red bell pepper, black peppercorns, and notes of ripe red fruits, all of these a typical characteristic of this varietal when grown in San Rafael. The soil provides some mineral notes which add freshness to this vivacious wine . This is an elegant and balanced wine, perfect to enjoy in any occasion, where what is important are both great flavour and good moments with friends.

Viticulture

This is where our first memories are born: in our family’s and our friend’s vineyards, where we used to run, laugh and hide during the harvest. These great friendships were built among rows of vines and their clusters. This is why the vineyards that have been selected for this Cabernet Sauvignon are those that transport us to our childhood with our cousins (“los primos”). These are mainly two of our own family vineyards: Doña Elsa and other bordering estates in San Rafael. The grapes that have been selected for this wine combine the characteristics that our Southern Oasis expresses: they speak to us of our place of origin, our way of living, and our story.
