Garnet red in colour with brick red glints, clean and bright. In its aroma the notes of barrel ageing stand out and it maintains its fruity character. Its flavour is smooth but robust, with a good structure and a long, persistent finish.
Viticulture
Vineyards located between 300 - 600m above sea level, with controlled production to obtain low yields that allow us to harvest grapes with great aromatic potential and produce wines with noble tannins and good structure.
Vinification
elected grapes, destemmed and partially crushed, with a high proportion of whole berries, with a maceration time of 15-20 days, with daily pumping over. Controlled fermentation: 24-28 ºC. Autochthonous yeasts, contained in the grapes themselves.
Recommendation
Ideal with all kinds of red meats, lamb and game. Perfect with all kinds of not very cured cheeses.
Perfect for drinking now. It will develop very well in bottle over the next two or three years. It should always be kept in a cool, dark and quiet place.
Serve at a temperature of 16 to 18ºC.
