Villarrica Sauvignon Blanc is fresh, crisp and vivacious, with citrus and tropical fruit evident.
Viticulture
Grapes are from own vineyards in the Valle Central on loam soils and are trellised using the Vertical Shoot Positioning method.
Vinification
Grapes are harvested at optimum ripeness at the middle of February, they are then taken to the winery and fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks at 20°C - 25°C. They are cold soaked for 8 hours.
Recommendation
Serve chilled as an aperitif or with white meats, salads or seafood. The optimum serving temperature for this wine is 13°C.
