Viticulture
Made from a blend of Tempranillo, Merlot and Syrah grapes, grown in Tierra de Castilla.
Vinification
The grapes are separated from the stems, then crushed and the grape juice is then fermented for 30 days, then finishes with a week long malolactic fermentation.
Recommendation
All kinds of meat, pâté and mature cheeses. We recommend to enjoy this wine from 14-16ºC.
