A blend of classic Douro varieties where Viosinho from Quinta do Confradeiro is predominant, but is completed with Malvasia Fina, Gouveio and Rabigato. It ferements at cold temperatures in stainless steel vats and then is left in contact with its lees until bottling what gives it additional complexity and richness. It's a classic in our portfolio. Very elegant with some apricot and grapefruit notes and a mineral sensation. Great texture and acidity give it a really fresh mouthfeel. Very gastronomic and versatile.
"This fine white wine is the result of a careful blend of different Douro varieties. After fermentation the wine was left in contact with its lees until bottling in order to develop complexity and richness. It has elegant aromas of apricot and grapefruit. It has a very crisp refreshing feel." - Paulo Coutinho
