Vino de la tierra de castilla
Pale yellow with green hints, with tropical fruit, fresh aromas. Soft and fruity on the palate with a fresh, clean finish.
Viticulture
Made from Verdejo grapes grown in Teirra de Castilla .
Vinification
The grape berries are separated from the stalks and then crushed, the grape juice is then fermented for 10/15 days.
Recommendation
Delicious with seafood and fish, or simply char-grilled vegetables
