This small quantity appellation, produced in the village of Fuissé, expresses all the charm of a mineral Chardonnay, round and supple.

Viticulture

The vines are planted on the slopes above the village of Fuissé, on sedimentary rocks from the Cretaceous period, over clayey limestone.

Vinification

Made from grapes bought from local wine growers, the clusters are pneumatically pressed and the juice statically settled over a 12 hour period. The clear juices are then transferred to stainless steel containers for alcoholic and malolactic fermentation under temperature control.
