Viticulture
Grown in own vineyards in the Valle Central, on loam soils, the vines are trellised using the Vertical Shoot Positioning method.
Vinification
The grapes are machine harvested at optimum ripeness, carefully crushed and are then fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks.
Recommendation
Serve chilled and enjoy as an aperitif or pair with roasted white meats, fish or creamy pasta dishes.
