2019 twill Cellars Willamette Valley Pinot Noir

On first pour, dark, saturated aromas of raspberry, cherry, blood orange, earth and spice are found. In time, notes of soy, cocoa, violets and cola join the array of aromatics. On taste, the breadth and richness of flavour is buoyed with bright notes of cranberry, blood orange and raspberry. Tannins are fine to medium, providing structure and length that will help see this wine age beautifully.

Vinification

No yeast was added during the fermentation process. Egg whites were used during the fining. The wine was aged for 19 months in new French oak prior to bottling.
