2019 Monte da Ravasqueira Fonte da Serrana White

Greenish yellow in colour, clear and bright. At first it has intense notes of grapefruit, lime and chamomile tea leaves from the Arinto grape variety, followed by a mixture of tropical fruits from the Antao Vaz grape. Finesse in attack with plenty of freshness, showing mainly lemon and mineral notes.

Grown on clay limestone soils with a sandy-loam texture. Manually and mechanically harvested grapes

Vinification

Grape bunch selection mat
Pneumatic pression at 2ºC with and without stems
Alcoholic fermentation and ageing at low temperatures, remaining on lees with a light battonage for 3 months before bottling

Recommendation

Delicious with fresh seafood, light salads or simply chilled on the terrace as an aperitif.
