2019 Monte da Ravasqueira Classico Tinto

Dark red in colour with violet tones. An exuberant nose with varietal expressions of Syrah. Notes of red fruit, spices and chocolate. Bulky attack with menthol notes. When tasted it is elegant, with persistent and elegant tannins. Long and harmonious finish. A red wine full of personality.

Viticulture

Grown on sandy loam soils, with a rocky influence. Grapes are mechanically harvested during the night

Vinification

Fermentation of each grape variety is kept separate in stainless steel vats at lower temperatures, the wine is blended before bottling. Bottled early to achieve an exuberant and elegant style.
