Viticulture

Vegetation in 2019 started early but due to a very arid climate the vines developed stable but slowly. After an early flowering our thirsty vineyards received healthy amounts of rainfall in a mild climate with few heatpeaks. Harvest started in early September and remained mostly dry which allowed us to pick at a slow and precise
rhythm. The wines of 2019 are on the lighter and vivid side but convince through a settled, deep but persistent taste.
