This elegant and harmonious wine offers a combination of red berries with delicate spice and fruit.
Viticulture
Grapes are sourced from estate vineyards, from plots of young vines in the Grosse Lage and Erste Lage vineyards, and also from very old vines at the foot of the slopes. There is no compromise on quality, with low yields averaging 45 hl/ha.
Vinification
The wine matures for 13 months in used, small wooden barrels.
