Intense aromas of lemon blossom, tangerine, salt, peach and crushed rock are complemented with undertones of fresh cream, lime and passion fruit. On the palate, notes of tangerine, and Meyer lemon are wrapped up in a savory, bright, and chewy yet lithe frame. The finish carries on with an echo of minerals, cream, and citrus. Vinification

This consists of 40% Molly’s Vineyard, 40% Stormy Morning Vineyard and 40% Johan Vineyards Chardonnay. The chardonnay was barrel-fermented with no added yeast in a mix of puncheons and 228L barrels for 20 months of aging before bottling
