A beautiful garnet colour. The nose evokes red and black fruits with subtle toasted notes. Supple and round with blended tannins. Awarded a Silver Medal in the Concours Bordeaux 2020
The grapes come from partner properties where the Château overseas the vineyard work.
The plots are harvested following maturity controls and berry tastings. The harvest is de-stemmed, crushed and then put in vats. Cold pre-fermentation maceration for a few days to favour the extraction of colour and fruit. Fermentation is then carried out for several weeks at controlled temperatures. The wine in then aged for 6 months in American oak and 6 months in vats before bottling.
