A lively, rich, round and creamy South Australian Chardonnay. Pale to yellow straw, Aromatic white nectarine, with with hints of peach and pear. Palate provides generous fresh stone fruit and honeydew melon with a hint of creamy shortbread richness all brought together with moderate acidity to provide balance.
Excellent growing conditions and a mild summer led to perfect ripening across most varieties. These conditions have resulted indelicate flavours for white wines with pristine varietal characters and beautiful natural acidity. Overall a high yielding vintage with high quality fruit.
14 day fermentation in stainless steel, with a small portion in barrel, slow cool fermentation to preserve aromatics & left on lees for 9months to develop richness and texture on the palate.
Matured in oak stainless steel for a total of 9 months.
