This ripe, sleek, elegant wine is carefully crafted then properly cave aged in French oak within one of the most extensive natural cave systems in North America, providing the ideal temperature and humidity throughout the ageing process. Complex aromatic profile, with aromas of blackcurrant, blackberries and blueberries layered with notes of cassis with hints of cocoa, anise and spice. The palate offers intense flavours of dark cherry and pomegranate with a thread of savoury herb and spices. Full bodied with a lush texture and a dusty cocoa finish.
Stainless steel tank fermentation with daily pump-overs, pressed at dryness. Aged for 15 months in French oak barrels.
